CONSULTANT POSITIONS
Dimensional Technologies is seeking highly motivated consultants to join our organization. We are looking for individuals who can help us provide our clients with a strategic competitive advantage through value-added consulting services. Our consulting positions require successful candidates to possess many of the following competencies:

  • Experience with Business Intelligence / OLAP related products (see below)
  • 3+ years experience in the Information Technology industry.
  • University education (preferably Computer Science).
  • Hands-on client/server, web or database development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal, written) and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Dimensional Modeling, Data Warehousing, Data Marting and Extract Transformation and Load (ETL) technologies.
      Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) Databases (one or more is required):
  • Hyperion Essbase
  • Microsoft Analysis Services
  • MicroStrategy
  • Business Objects
  • Oracle Express
  • Information Advantage
  • Cognos Impromptu/Powerplay
  • PowerOLAP
  • Or Similar

      Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS):
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Oracle
  • Sybase
  • IBM DB2
  • Informix

      Programming Languages and Other Skills (nice to have):
  • C,C++
  • Visual Basic
  • Java
  • HTML/XML
  • Excel/VBA
  • Delphi
  • Unix shell scripting
