8. PRODUCTION INTEGRATION

Production Integration is the final step of the BIOSATT™ methodology. The objective of this phase is to seamlessly integrate the project’s products and processes into a production environment. The project’s integration must be communicated to all persons affected by the implementation. Contingency plans are established in the event that the integration is not successful. 

During this step the project’s products are implemented, required training is executed and support procedures are transitioned.
